I engaged Mr Velos’ services as soon as a newly engaged customer began to default on their arrangements in relation to receivables. Even though we delivered projects that were up to code, and in line with Australian standards there was a long and unpleasant back and forth.
Mr Velos and his team understood the situation and were able to advise me on several avenues to protect us against any claims and pursue the matter at hand. Whilst this was a difficult time for us, Mr Velos’ team were able to support us and give us direction as we were unaware of our position during the most distressing of times.
